  * Phone not receiving time updates  
  * Phone not receiving system state messages  
  * Some NBX phones do not receive time updates and system state messages from the NBX system when multicast bin 0 (zero) is used for system state multicast messages

  * Multicast bin 0  
  * Multicast bin 0 is used for system state multicast messages

**Fixes:** A request to fix or support this feature has been submitted to 3Com engineering.
