======USING AUTOATTENDANTS FOR COVERAGE ON TIMED ROUTES======


**Symptoms:**
  * Using Auto Attendants for coverage on Timed Routes   
  * Configuring Auto Attendants for coverage on Timed Routes   
  * On Dial Plan import, Syntax Error "No Device associated with x" (x being the Auto Attendant extension) 
  * Error: "No Device associated with x"  
 



**Facts:**
  * 3C10110  
  * NBX 100  
  * NBX Basic  
  * NBX Operating System  
  * NBX Call Processor  
  * NBX Chassis  
  * Timed Route  
  * Dial Plan  
 
**Causes:** Extension used in timed routes needs to have an actual device (extension, hunt group, extension list)  
Will NOT work with Auto Attendant or Phantom Mailbox in Extension List  
 



**Fixes:** Set Extension List to *0003 and add DestinationRoute Operation statement- replace and AA value.  
Setup a Hunt Group with no members, reduce total timeout and use Auto Attendant for call coverage.
