NBX ETHERNET PHONES LOSE TIME

Symptoms:

Facts:

Causes: Time is set on phones via multicast packets

Fixes: This problem should be resolved in NBX 100 version R4.0 Try doing the following:

1- Disable IGMP in all switches

2- Enable IGMP and DVMRP in all routers

3- Reset phone to effect network configuration changes
