USING AUTOATTENDANTS FOR COVERAGE ON TIMED ROUTES

Facts:

Causes: Extension used in timed routes needs to have an actual device (extension, hunt group, extension list) Will NOT work with Auto Attendant or Phantom Mailbox in Extension List

Fixes: Set Extension List to *0003 and add DestinationRoute Operation statement- replace and AA value. Setup a Hunt Group with no members, reduce total timeout and use Auto Attendant for call coverage.
