Changes:
- Plugged in a PCMCIA Flash card into the System Processor Board
Facts:
- CoreBuilder 3500
- 3C35100, CB3500 Chassis
- CB3500 Extended Software v2.1.0-9
Causes: This panic was caused by a bad interface card on slot 2. The panic indicated that XTA chip 2 was unblocked in a state should be blocked.
Fixes: The customer replaced the System Processor Board and the unit stopped rebooting. However, since the FP Panic arguments and stack trace indicate a problem with the interface card in slot 2, it is recommended that it be replaced as well.
