Symptoms:

Facts:

Causes:

• Password cannot be recovered so a reset to default values needs to be done to regain access

  Fixes:

  Recovery Procedure:

1.- Need to reboot the 3WXM switch and having console access

2.- After rebooting the 3WXM, there will be a prompt to stop the rebooting process by typing a “q” followed by the ENTER.

3.- At the prompt “boot>”, type the following command: boot OPT+=default

NOTE: Execution of the above command will result in the loss of any configuration that was previously defined.
