Symptoms:

• NBX ethernet phones keep losing time
  * Phone display has wrong time
  * IP phones has wrong time
  

Facts:

• NBX 100
  * NBX Operating System
  * NBX 100 R207
  * NBX 1102 Business Phone 10 Mb
  * NBX Basic Phone
  * NBX 100 R3_0
  * NBX Chassis
  

Causes: Time is set on phones via multicast packets

Fixes: This problem should be resolved in NBX 100 version R4.0 Try doing the following:

1- Disable IGMP in all switches

2- Enable IGMP and DVMRP in all routers

3- Reset phone to effect network configuration changes
