The following describes the procedure for a user to make calls from any extension with their own QoS permissions. Additionally, the call is registered in the CDR with the user's extension and the extension of the telephone from which the call was made for billing purposes.

The administrator must configure a button on all phones to use feature code 433 that allows QoS permissions to be transferred to another phone. If this button is to be configured for all users, the button can be configured for the telephone group to which all users belong.

1. In the main menu click on the Device Configuration icon.

2. Click on Telephone Group.

3. Select the group of phones in which you want to configure the button and click on Button Mapping.

4. Select the button to be configured. In the Type field select the “Other” function and in the Number field enter the code 433. Finally, click on Apply and then on OK.
