  2. With this appliance, you can manage up to 25 devices free of charge.
  3. It can take up to 24 hours for the virtual appliance and the license key to be delivered.
  4. Free technical support is only available for the first 30 days after license creation.
  5. Technical support does not include setup/installation of the appliance.

To create an account in our cloud environment:

  1. Go to the link EMMCONSOLE.
  2. Click “Create a new account” option
  3. Kindly fill the form by using your company email account.
  4. After creating an account, you may login to Apptec360 EMM console with your credentials.
  5. You have right to manage 25 mobile devices with your free trail.
  6. Please find our manual at the link Administration manual in order to enroll your devices and manage them.

Supported device operating systems:

  4. MS Windows 10 or higher (Desktop-Computer, Notebook, and Tablet)
  5. Please note that devices with iOS 10 or earlier cannot be enrolled due to drastic changes made by apple in the enrollment process.

In addition to basic support, full & priority support also includes clarification of questions when using our own products and clarification of operating errors, insofar as this is possible via remote support. Support requests are processed on a priority basis.
